DIRECTIONS    From Miller Countrywide's St Ives office proceed up Tregenna Hill, out of St Ives and into Carbis Bay. Continue over the Tesco roundabout through Carbis Bay turning right just after the Costcutter Store and traffic lights into Trencrom Lane. Continue along Trencrom Lane taking the first turning on your right hand side into Trewartha Estate. Take the second left into Trewartha Close where No. 4 will soon be seen on your right hand side.
