An end-of-terrace period property which is situated in the small village of Long Rock and within close walking distance of the beach. The property has undergone some renovation with the installation of gas central heating and double glazing and a new bathroom but will need a further amount of internal redecoration and renovation. The accommodation currently comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which have sea views, as well as a lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom with separate shower cubicle on the ground floor. LOCATION: The house is situated on the outskirts of the village of Long Rock which is between the former charter town of Marazion and the larger former market town of Penzance.
