" LOCATION:
Redruth is a small commercial town, with a population recorded in 2001 of 12,352. A museum organised by the Old Cornwall Society is housed in the Town Council office at the bottom of the main street.
Redruth is also home to Carn Brea, which has historical interest. Key shops and other outlets within the town centre include a multi-screen cinema, a covered market way, the Cornish Studies Centre, an old butter market, various antique shops, a second hand book shop and two supermarkets. Off the main high street (Fore Street), there are two separate specialist shopping areas, Bond Street (to the south of the railway station) and Green Lane to the north.

DIRECTIONS:
From the A30 east of Redruth, head West along the A30, Take the exit toward Redruth/Porthtowan/Pool/A3047. Take the first exit at the first roundabout and the third exit at the second roundabout following the A3047. Follow the A3047 for 1.4 miles going through two roundabouts then turn right into Chariot Road . Follow this road for 0.8 miles as it changes from Chariot road to Higher Broad Lane and then Broad lane. Continue to the right into lower Broad Lane No 2 is on the right  after 40 yards

GENERAL:
This is a well presented, stone fronted, three bed semi detached house with traditional features. Comprising two reception rooms, a  modern kitchen, luxury bathroom and utility room. The property has level rear garden with decked dining area, double glazing and central heating.
