SITUATION
The property stands on the rural outskirts of Dartington village within a short distance of Totnes and the village itself and close to all the amenities of the area.

Totnes has a mainline railway station and a choice of two supermarkets, a comprehensive school and primary schools both in the town itself and at Dartington.

CONSTRUCTION
Believed to be built in the 1920s, the property is of traditional construction with a tiled roof which replaced the original slated roof some years ago.

Proceed out of Totnes along the Station Road, passing over the railway bridge and at the traffic lights turn left in the direction of Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, having turned onto this road immediately on your right hand side a turning into Barracks Hill.
