Borough Park Road is a popular residential area with convenient access to the town, railway station and Borough Park.  Just a few minutes walk away is the wide selection of shops, eating venues/public houses and recreational/cultural facilities available in the town.  In the opposite direction is the railway station and KEVICC secondary school.  Further on is the A38 Devon Expressway for travelling to Plymouth, Exeter and beyond via the M5 Motorway.  Plymouth has a ferry port providing services to Roscoff in France and Santander in Spain whilst Exeter possesses an international airport.  In the opposite direction, to the east, are the attractive resort towns of Torbay and to the south the beautiful South Hams countryside and coastline.

DIRECTIONS:  From our offices, on foot, walk up hill and turn right on to Station Road.  Follow this road to the traffic roundabout and cross over Station Road at the pedestrian crossing.  Take the road straight ahead leading up to Pavillions Leisure Centre and the public car parks, and then left at the terminating junction into Borough Park Road.  Turn into the first right and Number 8 will be found on the left hand side at the end of the cul-de-sac.
