" An absolutely beautiful semi detached cottage on sought after Crowthers Hill. The accommodation is on three floors and enjoys super views to the River Dart from the second floor and the garden and there are plenty of period features to include the original sash windows, some stripped floorboards etc. The property has been updated and is beautifully presented having gas fired central heating, modern kitchen etc. The garden which is either approached from the first floor of the property or the gate to the side on the ground floor is a particular feature.
