A classic late Victorian home that still retains 4 fireplaces. At the same time the property has been brought up to date with a new kitchen that carries through the Victorian style with its Belfast sink, panel doors and wooden work tops. More of that style is evident in the bathroom, what was once a 10' x 8' bedroom is now a place to unwind. As is the terraced garden with its views across Dartmouth.

FIRST FLOOR LANDING: Double glazed window to the rear. Stairs lead on up to the 2nd floor, beneath which is a cupboard, home to the combi central heating boiler. 

BEDROOM 1: 15' inc chimney breast x 10' There are twin double glazed windows to the front, a picture rail, a radiator and a cast iron fireplace with a wooden mantle. 

BATHROOM: 10'10 x 8'6 The white suite consists of a roll top, ball and claw bath, bidet, wash basin and a WC. A notable feature is the cast iron fireplace with a wooden mantle. The down-lighters complement a centre light. The double glazed window faces the rear.

2nd Floor - BEDROOM 2:13'11 max/11'5 min x 8'5 reducing to 7'11 Illuminated by the light from a Velux window. There is a radiator and 3 small doors accessing the under eaves storage. A door opens into the WALK IN WARDROBE/POTENTIAL ENSUITE 5'3 X 4'5 WITH ITS DOUBLE GLAZED Velux window and access to further under eaves storage. (Some limited head room on 2nd floor.) 

OUTSIDE: Steps rise to the front door where there is a small terrace. The rear garden rises up the hill to the adjoining open land. It is terraced with steps rising up from the central lawn to a paved patio at the top where there is a wooden shed with light and power.
