SITUATION The gracious Grade II listed property is situated in the heart of Dartmouth which is not your average sleepy coastal town. It is buzzing with culture, art, gastronomic offerings and a lively community spirit. Well known for its world famous Royal Regatta and Naval College, Dartmouth is steeped in history and its architecture is unique to the town.

  DESCRIPTION 21 South Town is a charming Grade II listed townhouse arranged over three floors. There are three bedrooms, two of which are large doubles and one is a single. The kitchen and sitting room are open plan and enjoy fabulous River Dart and sea views. The terrace garden is elevated and is level and enjoys views in between the roof tops. No onward chain.

The garden is laid mostly to patio for ease of upkeep and enjoys the sunshine for most of the day.
