Forder Meadow is a small development built by Millward Homes in 2004. It is located within easy reach of the town centre and the property occupies a traffic free location, overlooking a green to the front.

Moretonhampstead is a favoured Town in Dartmoor National Park some 12 miles from both Exeter and Newton Abbot.
