" Description    One of a pair of Victorian cottages extended and remodelled and with flexible accommodation which could be utilised to provide an in-law or teenage suite if required. The property has been run very successfully as a cattery, a family home with a proven income and with a gererous car parking area, delightful gardens with small stream, paddocks and outbuilding/mobile home.

Situation    The property is delightfully located being accessible to the small village of Hartfield, or Forest Row, where there are shopping facilities together with social and recreational amenities.
