This good size, well presented, three bedroom detached house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location offering plenty of room for a growing family. The accommodation comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, lounge, refitted kitchen, cloakroom and dining room on the ground floor with stairs leading to three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The lounge is well presented with a feature brick fireplace with gas flame effect fire and double doors leading to the garden. The refitted kitchen has a range of base and eye level units with areas of work surface and door leading to the rear garden. The dining room is situated to the front of the house. On the first floor, both bedrooms one and two have fitted wardrobes and bedroom three is of a good size. The family bathroom has been recently refitted comprising white suite with panel enclosed bath, low level flush wc and hand wash basin. With an integral garage and off road parking the front, the garden is mainly laid to lawn. To the rear of the property is a paved patio area, area of lawn, screened by mature trees and shrubs.
