" Conan Way is a most attractive, select small development of seven properties. This semi detached house is beautifully presented and includes some excellent features. In particular, in the L shaped sitting room which has a dining area, there are bi-fold doors with an automatic sun blind above, opening onto the superb paved terrace of Indian sandstone with the landscaped garden beyond, the fireplace has a limestone surround and mantle with a gas coal effect fire. The kitchen breakfast room is extremely well fitted and equipped with work surfaces on three sides, an extensive range of units above and below, integrated double oven, hob, cooker hood and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing/drying machine etc., tiled flooring, spot lighting and wall mounted gas fired boiler for central heating and hot water. Conan Way is very convenient for access to the town centre just over half a mile away where there are good shopping facilities including Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets and a little further on a sports and leisure centre. There are junior and senior schools nearby and on the edge of town Crowborough Beacon golf course. Tunbridge Wells with its more extensive shopping facilities and amenities is just over 6 miles away.
