Description    A 4 bedroom semi detached family home offering well proportioned accommodation with a secluded enclosed garden, located in a small cul de sac with the benefit of a shared private meadow affording access to footpaths around Bewl Water, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Situation    The property is set in an exclusive cul de sac in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Ticehurst and Flimwell Villages. Ticehurst Village Centre has a good range of local shops, services and amenities including the primary school, parish church, doctors surgery, general store/post office, butcher, greengrocer, hairdresser and public houses. There is a bus service running from Hastings to Tunbridge Wells and nearby stations at Stonegate and Wadhurst which provide regular services to London Charing Cross approximately one hour.
