" Description    8 Rother View is a mid terraced property of part brick and part tile hung elevations under a pitched tiled roof. The accomodation is spaciously arranged across two floors with particular features inlcuding a good size sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen/breakfast room with fitted units and integrated aplinaces and a large south facing rear garden with an elevated decked area benefiting from lovely country views and a generously sized lawn area.

Location    The property is located in the quiet hamlet of Salehurst which is on the fringes of the historic village of Robertsbridge providing amenities suitable for day to day needs including a post office, butchers, general store, chemist and a number of historic Inns. Robertsbridge mainline station is within a short drive and offers regular commuter services to London on the London Bridge/Charing Cross line, additionally there are both primary and secondary schools in the village.

The south facing rear garden has a generously sized decked area with a detached shed with power and light available, steps down to an area of lawn flanked by mature trees and enclosed by mature hedging, leading down to a further area of garden with a pond which has been left un-maintained to become a natural habitat.

Directions    From our office in Robertsbridge High Street proceed in a northerly direction out of the village, once arriving at the roundabout proceed straight over and take the 3rd turning on the left and proceed up the hill bearing left at the top, No 8 can be found in due course on the left hand side.
