" This is a lovely family home situated in Littlestone just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and New Romney. The lounge has a sunny aspect and there is also a separate dining room so get your friends round and host your own candle lit supper. There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a good size rear garden and a summer house great for the kids to play in or somewhere to escape with a good book and a glass of wine. There is rear access and I understand there was a garage at the property previously which you could put back subject to any necessary consents. This is a great location being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, so pack up a picnic and grab your bucket and spade and spend the day relaxing and embracing the sea air, or when the weather turns cold take a walk up to New Romney for a spot of afternoon tea. The New Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway is also just around the corner so you can go and watch the steam trains or hop on and take a trip.

What the Owner says:

We have so many happy memories in this home having grown up here. My parents were the first people to live in this home having moved in back in 1966. We used to have family dinners in the dining room and spent many happy hours playing in the garden. My children have also loved coming here, they would walk up to the chippy as a treat and we would all sit round together and enjoy them. They also loved sitting upstairs and watching the steam trains go by in the summer. We will be sad to sell this home and hope the next owners will enjoy creating their own happy times here.
