" Situated in a pleasing cul-de-sac location, on the outskirts of Ashford, about two miles from the town centre. Ashford offers a wide range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, together with a commuter train service, London being accessible in just thirty eight minutes. The property was originally constructed in about 1978 by George Wimpey and Co., and has brick elevations under a tiled roof. The accommodation offers some potential for refurbishment and updating.

Lease: We are informed that the property is help on 999 Year Lease with a commencement date of 25.10.1977, with a peppercorn rent. Directions From Ashford take the A292 Hythe Road out of the town. Proceed a little under a mile and a half, and just before the Esso Garage, turn right into Church Road.
