A chain free three bedroom end of terrace house in Noakes Meadow, Ashford, Kent. The property has two front entrances, a centrally positioned door to the entrance hallway and a separate front door to the utility room which in turn leads through to the kitchen/diner at the rear of the property.

The centrally positioned front door leads in to the carpeted entrance hallway. A door to the immediate right hand side leads to the lounge to the right hand side of the property. A door end facing leads to the kitchen/diner and stairs at the end left hand side lead to the first floor landing.

The lounge is to the right hand side of the property and runs from the front to the rear, with double glazed windows at either end. A gas fire is set within a chimney breast. The lounge has laminate wood effect flooring and in our opinion is a spacious living space.

The open plan kitchen/diner is to the rear of the property. A double glazed window provides views of the rear garden and a single door with frosted glass double glazed upper half leads to the rear garden. The kitchen/diner has an additional single door to the utility room to the front of the property and laminate wood effect flooring. The kitchen/diner has numerous fitted wall and base units with wall tiling between and work top space, space for a gas cooker and sink with drainer.

The separate utility room has space and plumbing for white goods, a door to the front of the property, to either side of which is a single door to a fitted walk-in cupboard.

The carpeted stairs lead to the first floor landing, with double glazed window to the front for additional natural lighting. The three bedrooms are in our opinion, double sized and the master bedroom at the rear of the property has a fitted wardrobe and access to the linen cupboard. There is a separate bathroom with bath, hand basin and double glazed window to the front and separate WC room immediately to the side of the bathroom.

The front garden area is laid to lawn and has a path to the front door entrances. The rear garden in our opinion, a spacious. It is laid to lawn, has a path from the house to the rear and the shed will remain.

There is no allocated parking for this property. However, the property is located near to bollards preventing drive through access throughout the whole of Noakes Meadow. This minimises road traffic to the immediate front and leaves good provision for non-allocated parking at the immediate front of the property.

The front of the property also offers views to the large communal green and the property is ideally located for access to local shops, bus route and primary schools.
