" POLLOCKS! Is a name you might shout when you see the modern art in this house, but look further and you’ll discover a house out of this world. As you wind your way through country lanes and pierce through the early morning mist, you get a sense of being lost in time as you approach this Tardis-like property. Set in a rural location yet only a couple of miles from Uckfield you are presented with rural views of fields and countryside from every window, yet have a contemporary interior in a period home.If you like to have friends and family round then look no further, the BBQ area gets a lot of use plus drinks parties are ideal in the kitchen through to the conservatory and often spill out onto the garden which is very private, unless you count the birds overlooking you as they soar above. There are some fantastic opportunities that you have here and could convert, like the loft room which could make a great 3rd bedroom*, also ‘the den’ which could be converted to be used as a permanent annexe* as there is some great space just waiting to be galvanised as a living space. (*Subject to the necessary consents being obtainable)

What the Owner says:

When we saw this house we had already planned on buying elsewhere, but once we got inside we fell in love with it and saw its potential for us. We’d never lived in a semi before but it gives such a feeling of space with its layout and has such wonderful views and yet is really private, even the garden isn’t overlooked at all.We love the loft room which we use as a study and occasional room, and our son practically lives in ’the den’ and has his friends over there too so they can play on the computer and listen to music, it’s a great separate space. There’s so much to offer here, I think people should come over and see why it’s so good!
