" This 3 bedroom detached home has an enviable location. At the end of a cul de sac with a green to one side there is the advantage of no passing traffic and once inside the amount of space is clear to see. Although in need of replacement, the kitchen is a good size and overlooks the rear garden. Once in the garden, you will be able to absorb the sunset way into the evening and if that is not warm enough, the conservatory will take the heat up a degree or two! The lounge diner has a lovely bay window to the front from where you can watch the sun rise then take a stroll to the dining room to watch it set!As a location it’s hard to beat and being on the doorstep of a nature reserve would be great for dog walkers. The local school is highly regarded too. So families will find this the perfect option.

The location here is fantastic. It’s so peaceful all day long and it’s easy to get into Uckfield on foot. The nature reserve is lovely for an early evening or Sunday afternoon walk.There’s a lot of space in the house especially in the conservatory. This could be used as a play room for anyone with children or an additional dining room if more space is needed.
