" After taking the short journey down the private lane to Warren Cottage you will be able to spread your wings wide when you see how much space is on offer. The exposed pine floor in the hallway is common throughout much of the property and gives you a taste of the character you would expect in such a special home. The two reception rooms and conservatory will provide ample space for your growing family and with the kitchen/breakfast room measuring some 17’ x 11’, there is plenty of room for summer barbeques. The open brick fireplace in the lounge inset with a dual fuel burner will keep you snug well into the evening making the house feel warm and inviting. The kitchen is fitted to a Farmhouse style, keeping the period theme going and if keeping an eye on the children is important, the conservatory is perfectly placed to see them enjoy the ample outside space. The gardens have been brilliantly designed to suit everyone with meandering paths, enclosed areas and a vegetable plot along with a natural stream. If you need to get away from the noisy children there is even a sound proofed Summer House – great for budding musicians!Bedroom 1 comes with its own balcony giving some fantastic views and with plenty of storage on offer this is a great family home.

What the Owner says:

We bought the house mainly because of the location and the amount of garden space. The children love playing out and it’s easy to keep an eye on them from anywhere in the house and you can be assured that they are always safe.Even though it was built in the 1930’s, it seems like a period house as there’s load of character and with plenty of storage space you don’t need to have lots of furniture. There used to be a downstairs bathroom which we made a bedroom and we moved the kitchen and refitted it so the house is a much better layout from when we moved in.
