" DESCRIPTION A beautifully presented modern End Terraced House occupying the corner position with accommodation over three floors. Situated in a quiet location within a no through road in a peaceful setting next to woodland on the edge of the Lakewood Development.

LOCATION Surrounded by woodland the development really has a community feel, with a lovely childrenβ€˜s play park, community centre, library, pharmacy, two convenience stores and not to mention the lake which is nestled within the woodland and offers a lovely walk to relax and unwind. Tunbridge Wells town centre is within 1.6 miles and offers an eclectic range of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars, two theatres and the historic Pantiles. There are a number of sporting clubs within and surrounding the town along with many beautiful parks including Dunorlan Park with a fabulous boating lake. The town is well known for having a great selection of independent, state and grammar schools. Tunbridge Wells is served by two mainline stations, the closest to the property being High Brooms station just 0.8 miles away. From the property there is easy access through the retail park to the A21 with its links to the M25 and other road networks.
