DESCRIPTION 

This hidden away, detached bungalow enjoys gardens of approximately one acre (tbc) which are overlooked from the delightful sitting room and kitchen/dining room.  Entering into a spacious hallway, there are three good sized bedrooms, a cloakroom and wet room.  The sitting room at the rear has large windows and sliding patio doors and the kitchen/dining room leads into a rear porch.  The loft space runs the full length with a window to one side. There is mains gas, electricity and water with cesspool drainage. A detached double garage gives storage and work-shop space.  This super property offers plenty of potential and we highly recommend an early viewing!

LOCATION 

The property is set in Sissinghurst, just a few miles from the famous castle!  Cranbrook with its range of local shops and amenities is a few minutes drive away and the mainline station at Staplehurst provides excellent commuter services to both London (55 minutes) and the Coast.
