" Description    A charming two bedroom detached cottage located in the popular village of Horsmonden. The property is the former village bakery and offers delightful accommodation arranged over two floors. The accommodation is arranged as follows, entrance hall with dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom and door to integral garage. The current owners have often thought about possibly converting the garage into a further bedroom or reception room. There are stairs that lead from the entrance hall and dining room to the stunning first floor sitting room which benefits from vaulted ceiling with exposed ceiling and wall timbers. There is also a double bedroom and further bedroom, both of which have access to an ensuite WC. To the front of the property are black iron gates which give access to the property's driveway which provides off road parking as well as patio area and further area of lawned garden to the side. To the other side of the cottage is a greenhouse.

Situation    The property is located in the heart of Horsmonden which benefits from two local public houses, school, village green, church and both tennis and cricket clubs. The towns of Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are within driving distance and the train stations of Paddock Wood and Marden are also within driving distance.

Directions    Coming from Tunbridge Wells on the A21 proceed along where you should take the turning on the left into Lamberhurst Road, the B2162. Proceed along this road for some time until coming into Lamberhurst where the turning for Gun Back Lane will be found on the right hand side. The cottage will be found on the corner.
