Situated within a short stroll of the town centre of Burnham-on-Sea which provides a good variety of banks, shops and choice of supermarkets. The sea front, library and doctors surgery are also very close by as is the indoor swimming pool. Other leisure amenities within easy reach include the tennis club, bowls club and championship golf course at Burnham and Berrow.

The M5 junction 22 at Edithmead is two and a half miles drive giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and the M4 corridor.
