" A three bedroom semi-detached house in the popular residential area of Alcombe. 3 reception rooms, front and rear gardens, store, shed, access to rear and garage. Parking for 2/3 cars, double glazing to rear and gas central heating.

SITUATION The house is situated in the popular residential area of Alcombe on the edge of Minehead. In Alcombe the local shops and amenities are a short walk away with access to public transport and local schools. Alcombe is set on the south of the well known Victorian coastal resort of Minehead, which offers a wide range of attractions including the beach, promenade, a small picturesque harbour, beautiful public gardens and excellent shopping and schooling. There is also a hospital as well as the Church of St Michael on the Hill. . The county town of Taunton, which is approximately 23 miles away, has extensive retail and commercial facilities, together with access to the M5 and a main line station with fast trains to London. There are three independent schools and excellent recreational facilities including a theatre and Somerset County Cricket Ground. DESCRIPTION The house, built in the 1930's is of rendered elevations under a tiled roof, and although in need of a degree of updating and modernisation, appears substantially built. The house benefits from gas central heating and UPVC double-glazing to the western elevation. There are good-sized front and rear gardens, with a store, workshop, garage and access both to the front and the back of the property. ACCOMMODATION As illustrated by the floor plan, the accommodation is well laid out, with an entrance hall, sitting room with views to the front, dining room with patio doors to the rear garden, a breakfast room and the kitchen, with a door to the side. .
