The Linney is one of the most popular locations in Ludlow, with its proximity to open countryside and views towards the surrounding hills as well as the rising battlements of Ludlow's medieval Castle. It is also little more than five hundred yards walk from all the shops and amenities within the historic town centre.

Trevenna has been extended to provide spacious accommodation. It is fair to say that improvements could be made to the property to suit a buyer's own personal requirements.

A good sized hall gives access to a study/optional ground floor bedroom, which has a ceiling rising into the apex of the roof and double glazed windows allow in plenty of natural sunlight. Adjoining this room is the ground floor shower room with WC and wash hand basin and plumbing for a washing machine.

The sitting room has an open fireplace and a window overlooking the front. Double doors lead into a large kitchen/dining room with ample base and wall units. There is a built-in electric oven and four plate gas hob. There is space and plumbing for a dishwasher and there is also a very useful pantry. A stable door leads to the side of the property and glazed double doors lead out onto a decked area.

From the hall stairs rise to the first floor landing, which has a window looking over the rooftops to the countryside in the distance.

There are two double bedrooms, one with a window to front and the other with a window to the rear overlooking the towns bowling green and tennis courts up to the ancient Ludlow Castle and also up to the local beauty spot of Whitcliffe Common.

As well as a single bedroom there is also the bathroom on the first floor with bath, WC and wash hand basin. From the landing there is access into a large loft space, which has lights and a Velux skylight.

Outside there is a raised decked area leading down to the lawn and there are a variety of ornamental trees. Within the garden is a very useful detached brick built outbuilding, which was formally the garage before the property was extended. It has electricity connected. From the garden there are lovely views up to the Castle and to Whitcliffe Common.

At the front of the property there is ample room for parking several vehicles.
