" It's hard to imagine a better location or value for a family in need of plenty of space! This detached house in Cotehill Road occupies a prime corner plot with plenty of parking space in the block paved driveway at the front and even more parking space in the block paved driveway at the rear which leads to the large detached almost double garage!

The rear garden is not large but it's certainly laid out for maximum enjoyment and is absolutely ideal for barbecues and outside entertaining. The accommodation within the house is truly exceptional, very flexible and ideal in many ways. All the bedrooms are of a really decent size, the unusually large en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom comes complete with a whirlpool bath and there is a good family bathroom as well!

On the ground floor as well as a reception hall which could (and apparently has in the past) be used as a breakfast room, there is also a cloakroom, huge dining room and an elegant lounge. Neighbourhood shops are only a short walk away and even more important for so many families is the fact that good secondary and primary schools are conveniently close!
