" This wonderful four bedroom family home is in one of the most sought after locations in Eccleshall, within easy reach of the centre with a host of amenities. Eccleshall is equidistant between junctions 14 and 15 of the M6 and a short journey away from the county town of Stafford with a mainline railway station offering regular intercity services to London and Manchester.

Romford Meadow is a quiet cul-de-sac of smart homes, set back from the road by good sized front gardens and driveways. The property has a large driveway and double garage with a front garden and path leading to the front door. A good sized hallway has the sitting room to the front with large windows overlooking the front garden. An exposed brick inglenook fireplace houses a gas fire, adding a lovely focal point to the room.

Double doors open into the dining room which in turn leads into the large double glazed conservatory with views over the large rear garden. To the right of the dining room is the well appointed kitchen and separate utility room with its plumbing for miscellaneous white goods.
