" Hill Top is a beautifully presented and fully modernised home. The house occupies a fine 'non-estate' position close to the centre of the village of Eccleshall, Lonsdale Primary School and is also only short walk away from the beautiful countryside that surrounds the village. The views from the front of the property extend right across toward the Hanchurch Hills and there is farm land at the rear.

The current owners have invested considerable resources into the renovation of Hill Top and have created a modern and bright home. The property has parking on the driveway which has just been re laid for several cars. There is an attractive Entrance Hall with a Guest Cloakroom off and doors that open in to the Sitting Room on the front of the property. There is gas fired central heating throughout the property however there is also a very stylish Aga logburningstove fitted in the fireplace. The Dining Room is very nicely presented and has sliding doors which open into the Conservatory, however this room has been transformed by the creation of an opening into the Kitchen which has created a very light and airy space. The Kitchen is fitted with a good range of floor and wall cupboards and a large range style gas cooker.
