" Built in 1840 within the Central Conservation area of the village of Canewdon is this two bedroom detached cottage with two reception rooms, established garden and benefitting from off-street parking for several vehicles.

Proceeding from the Spa roundabout in the centre of Hockley take the Spa Road signed posted Ashingdon. Continue through the village and under the railway bridge into Greensward Lane. Continue along this road into Ashingdon Road turning left into Canewdon Road. Continue along this road into Anchor Lane past the Anchor Public House on the left hand side. Proceed past shops and Althorne Way and onto Lambourne Hall Road which becomes High Street.
