Description

You approach through the front garden, and enter the home into a small lobby area. The living room has a feature fireplace, and a large window that allows in lots of natural light. At the back of the house there is a kitchen/diner. There are wooden units, an integral cooker, dishwasher and room for a dining table with chairs. It is from here that you can access the enclosed rear garden that has a storage shed and is laid with lawn. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them comes with integral wardrobes. The bathroom is tiled, and there is a white three piece suite with a shower over the bath.

Location

Located in Murton, Dalton Park shopping center is just around the corner. Here there are a number of shops, and a supermarket. It is also in a great location for commuting on the A19, and the beach is just 4 miles away.
