" A modern four bedroom, three storey terraced townhouse recently constructed by Redrow Homes. The property offers extremely well presented and deceptively spacious accommodation with a landscaped garden to the rear and two off-road parking spaces to the front.

Directions Leave Salisbury along the A36 Wilton Road and upon reaching Wilton, turn right at the roundabout into The Avenue. Proceed up the hill before turning right into the Erskine Park development. Bear right and the property will be found halfway along on the right hand side.
