DESCRIPTION 84 Brown Street is an attractive period three bedroom townhouse with spacious accommodation over three floors and pretty courtyard garden in the heart of the city. LOCATION Brown Street is a primarily residential street in the heart of the city centre, and is a short level walk from all Salisbury?s many leisure, retail and cultural amenities ACCOMMODATION From Brown Street, the front door of number 84 opens into the:- Sitting Room A spacious and attractive room with bare wooden flooring and large open brick fire place with bressamer beam over. Wooden sash window to front with secondary double glazing and two chandelier light fittings. Television and telephone points. The right hand wall is fully fitted with useful shelving and cupboards. Open archway leads into:- Dining Room The exposed wooden floor continues from the sitting room into the dining room where there is a decorative wooden mantle shelf and surround, doors to kitchen, shower room and patio doors opening into the courtyard garden. There is ample space for dining room table and chairs. Two chandelier light fittings. Kitchen Accessed from the dining room the kitchen is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units in a cream shaker style with chrome handles and a solid wood worktop. There is an integrated oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan over. Free standing fridge freezer with wine rack above, space and plumbing for a washing machine. Sunk into the work top is a large white butler sink with mixer tap. The splash back is tiled in green and the floor is also tiled with large stone tiles. There are windows to two aspects. Shower room A door from the dining room opens into this useful shower room which is fitted with a white low level WC, basin with mixer tap set into a dark granite tiled worktop and corner shower enclosure with electric shower and glass sliding doors. Below the sink is a unit housing the gas boiler. The floor is tiled in black and white.
