" An extended and deceptively spacious four bedroom semi detached house presented in excellent order throughout and providing very versatile accommodation set within a popular residential location. The property benefits from PVCu double glazing, gas fired central heating, gardens and off-road parking.

Directions From our office in Castle Street proceed away from the city centre and at the roundabout turn right on to the ring road. At the next roundabout take the third exit forwards into Wain-a-Long Road and proceed to the bottom of the hill, turning right at the T junction. Turn left at the mini roundabout and proceed under the railway bridge into Laverstock Road and continue into Church Road passing the schools on the right hand side. Continue along Church Road and number 107 can be found in a small cul de sac on the left hand side. Description The property is a deceptively spacious semi-detached house situated within a quite cul de sac on the outskirts of Laverstock.
