The property is situated in the beautiful Georgian market town of Lymington and is within a short walking distance of its cosmopolitan shops and picturesque harbour. Also within easy reach are the two large deep water marinas and sailing clubs, for which the town has gained its status as a world renowned sailing resort. Lymington is surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the New Forest National Park and on Saturday a market is held in the High Street, the origins of which probably date back to the 13th century. To the north, is the New Forest village of Lyndhurst and Junction 1 of the M27, which links to the M3 for access to London. There is also a branch line train link to Brockenhurst Railway Station (approx. 5.5 miles) which gives direct access to London Waterloo in 90 minutes.



The entrance hallway allows for coat storage and has a glazed internal door leading into the spacious open plan lounge/diner. The rooms benefits from high ceilings, a character ornamental fireplace with slate hearth and double glazed wooden sash windows to the front aspect. The kitchen comprises white gloss cupboards and floor units, gas hob, integrated single oven and a space for a washing machine. There is a useful understairs cupboard allowing space for a fridge/freezer. From the kitchen access is gained via a small lobby to the family bathroom comprising separate bath with mixer tap/shower attachment and wc. There is a door from the lobby which leads out to the rear garden space. 

The stairs lead to the first floor.  The main bedroom is a spacious double room with dual aspect sash windows to the front and an attractive feature ornamental fireplace. Bedroom two is also a double room with a sash window to the rear. The third bedroom is a good size single. There is also a wc.



To the front of the property there is a small courtyard and retaining wall with wrought iron gate. The rear garden provides a private courtyard area which is easily maintained.  There is a shed and access out to the allocated parking bay.
