A spacious detached four/five bedroom home with an attached double garage positioned in a sought after location to the south side of the town and in a small exclusive development. With a south west facing garden and offering a peaceful yet central location being within easy reach of the amenities of the town centre and the lovely extensive walks through Woodside Gardens and the salt marshes at the end of Ridgeway Lane.  EPR: D

Immediately opposite the entrance to Forest Gate Gardens are the delightful extensive grounds and sports facilities of Woodside Gardens. Also, further along Ridgeway Lane are the coastal pathways and cycle paths through the Salterns salt marshes. The beautiful Georgian market town centre of Lymington with its cosmopolitan shopping and picturesque harbour is within a few minutes drive or around a 15 minute walk of the property. Also within easy reach are the two large deep water marinas and sailing clubs for which the town has gained its status as a world renowned sailing resort, as well as an open-air seawater bath that was built in 1833. Lymington has a number of independent shops including some designer boutiques and is surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the New Forest National Park. On Saturday, a market is held in the High Street, the origins of which probably date back to the 13th century. To the north is the New Forest village of Lyndhurst and Junction 1 of the M27 which links to the M3 for access to London. There is also a branch line train link to Brockenhurst Railway Station (approx. 5.5 miles) which gives direct access to London Waterloo in approximately 90 minutes.

A covered porch leads to the main entrance and large hallway where the staircase leads to the first-floor accommodation. The spacious sitting room has a lovely low bay window to the front overlooking the front garden, and the feature of a gas fire as a focal point. Glazed doors lead to the rear garden and terrace. There is a separate light bright dining room, accessed from the hallway. The contemporary kitchen has limed wooden fronted units and was fitted in 2017. There are integrated appliances to include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and eye level fan oven with separate hob and extractor unit. An archway leads to the utility room with ample matching storage cupboards, a sink and plumbing for the washing machine. From the hallway, a door leads to the study, which has independent access to the outside and also another internal door to the double garage. This room would lend to use as a ground floor bedroom or potentially convert to an annex by utilising some of the adjacent garage, if required. (Subject to the necessary consents).

The first floor accommodation comprises a master bedroom suite with separate dressing area and en suite bathroom, complete with a shower above the bath, WC, heated towel rail and basin. There are three further bedrooms served by the family bathroom which comprises bath with separate shower cubicle, wc, heated towel rail and basin. There is an airing cupboard to the first floor landing as well as an access hatch to the loft storage space.

Approached by a generous driveway leading to the double garage positioned to the front of the house and giving the plot a good degree of privacy. The front garden is lawned with some specimen trees and shrubs and there is a pathway to the front door which also leads around to the rear garden via a high pedestrian gate. The garden to the rear is South West facing and offers a high degree of privacy. There is a large terrace adjacent to the rear of the house, accessed from the sitting room as well as the utility room.
