" This significantly extended four bedroom semi-detached family home offers spacious accommodation throughout comprising an entrance hall, 17ft dual aspect lounge, 28ft kitchen/diner, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite and dressing room to the master, and a modern family bathroom.

Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking, a garage and an attractive rear garden.

The property is located in the pretty village of Botley and benefits from being close its High Street offering a range of local shops, schools and amenities. Botley train station, Hedge End and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and a door through to the spacious 28ft kitchen/diner which has windows to the front and rear, as well as an understairs storage cupboard. The modern kitchen has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under.
