A beautifully presented four bedroom semi detached home, situated on the edge of this small development, on the outskirts of the historic town of Corsham. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises; entrance hall with cloakroom leading off and door leading to garage, modern fitted kitchen/dining room which includes; wall and base units with contrasting work surfaces and inset stainless steel sink and drainer unit with mixer taps, electric oven with gas hob, space for fridge freezer and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor is the sitting room with French doors leading out onto the Juliet balcony, and the master bedroom with en suite. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, a single which is currently used as a study and a family bathroom. To the rear is a pretty and enclosed garden, which is mainly lawn with a patio area. Gated side access leads to the front of the house where there is on drive parking for one car and the integral single garage. EPC - C. Services include gas central heating and mains drainage. Council tax band D.  Corsham is a charming old town with an excellent range of local facilities including many specialist shops and cafes as well as doctors’ surgery, library, restaurants and good pubs. The High Street is mostly pedestrianised with many beautiful buildings making it a wonderful place to stroll whilst enjoying many artisan shops array of eateries or the weekly market. There are good primary and secondary schools all within walking distance and the Georgian heritage city of Bath is only 11 miles away.
