Enjoy summer evenings in the beautiful garden or get cosy in front of the open fire on winter evenings is this delightful three bedroom Victorian terrace. With a large garden, off street parking and just a few minutes walk to the town centre this really is a rare find. The interior is well presented with a very homely feel and briefly comprises; sitting room/dining room with Victorian cast iron fireplace with mantle and surround, built in book shelves, dining area and under stairs cupboard. A door leads through to the inner hall with stairs leading to the first floor and also has access to the bathroom and kitchen which has integrated gas hob, electric eye level oven and grill, space for further appliances and a door leading out into the rear garden. On the first floor is a landing area and three bedrooms as well as a separate WC. The property has double glazing throughout and gas central heating.

The rear garden is really quite special, as it offers plenty of space as well as having a lovely open outlook across the privately owned allotments to the south.
