All applicants who are interested in this property will be required to complete an application form and provide one piece of photographic I.D.Upon receipt of your application form and I.D Kingstons Property Management will forward the information onto the landlord. If the landlord decides to proceed with your application all tenants over the age of 18 moving into a rental property will be required to complete tenant referencing.
