To the first floor there are two double bedrooms with the master having a fitted wardrobe and a modern family bathroom. The rear garden is laid to lawn and has access to the allocated parking. The property is available now as an unfurnished let. Administration Fees: If you wish to apply for one of our properties we will require an administration fee of ยฃ200 plus VAT for the first tenant and ยฃ30 plus VAT for each further tenant or guarantor. The fee is a one off fee which includes credit checking, referencing and all the paper work in relation to setting up a new tenancy. The administration fee will not be refundable in the event that the prospective tenant fails to satisfy our referencing checks or withdraws their application.
