" EVERY BOX TICKED!
A truly exceptional, stunning home boasting character, charm and everything you could possibly want in a superb South Wallington location. The current owners moved here just over 4 years ago as they were overwhelmed by the space it had to offer. Every room was of a great size and to have 4 generous double bedrooms was the icing on the cake. Downstairs, there is a lounge with stunning feature fireplace, which can be opened up, and an ornate ceiling rose. The dining room has another feature fireplace and there is an additional breakfast room with French doors to the garden. There is also a cellar, which the owners inform us keep their vegetables fantastically fresh. The kitchen is of a decent size and there is also a separate utility room and downstairs shower room/w.c.
Upstairs, 4 brilliant size double bedrooms and a modern bathroom/w.c. Bedroom 4 comes with a charming feature fireplace. The rear garden is of a good size and has been lovingly looked after. There is a detached garage, which can be accessed via Grosvenor Gardens.
The schools in this area are truly exceptional and this house is ideally situated for all of them. Wallington town centre and station is within walking distance as well meaning that early morning commute needn’t be so early. Houses this good don’t hang around long so BE QUICK!

What the Owner says:

We bought this house 4 ½ years ago as we fell in love with the space and the way it had been sympathetically restored and looked after. The “Victorian” tiles either side of the front door immediately caught our attention and when we first stepped inside we were blown away by the wow factor. The ceiling roses, the radiators and the picture rails all charmed us and we absolutely loved the side return in the garden which even to this day reminds us of a holiday in Spain! We have re-done the garden totally and taken it back from a “wilderness” to what it is today. We have loved it here and hope the new owners will too.
