" With nothing more than a glowing review to portray about her beautiful home, it is easy to see why the current owner Josie fell in love with this ground floor maisonette several years ago and totally understandable why she has chosen to stay here so long. Let's take a closer inspection at what stole her heart all those years ago. Firstly, as you approach the property, you will notice the peace and quiet on offer. This definitely was one of the first things she observed and one of the major reasons she has enjoyed it here for so long. As you walk through your very own front door and into your lounge, you will be overwhelmed by the space on offer. It is safe to say that it is a rare find to have a lounge/diner as large as this in a maisonette. It's easy to imagine having friends round for dinner and having the perfect area to entertain them in quite comfortably. The kitchen is not only separate but is a lovely bright room thanks to the natural light that streams in through the front window. The bedroom is a superb size with brilliant built in wardrobes which effortlessly illustrate the space on offer. The bathroom is very stylish with modern tiles, towel rail and a lovely decor. As if all this didn't sound good enough, there is also the huge benefit of communal gardens and your own allocated parking space. With the accommodation box ticked, let's talk about the transport links. Hackbridge train station in Zone 4 is less than half a mile away and has fast trains to the city meaning that the early morning commute needn't be so early!

What the Owner says:

I bought this property 7 years ago as i completely fell in love with the area. It was and still is ever so quiet. Being on my own it was vital that I felt safe and I have been so lucky as I have always felt totally secure. I also liked how spacious the property was. I had looked at so many flats - even some on this development that were half the size of this one so when I stepped inside and saw the size of the lounge, I knew instantly I just had to have it. The fact that I had my own front door as well, meant that it was like having my own little house as I didn't need to go through any communal areas to get in. I have truly loved every minute of living here and if it wasn't for my need to move closer to my family, I certainly would have no motive to move away from my tranquil maisonette.
