" Finding a 2 bedroom flat in Sutton is not exactly difficult is it? 2 bedroom flats are ten to a penny in any location you look, but why then haven't you found one yet? Well we are going to tell you. The reason is that the compromises are just too much. The properties always need to much work, are in the wrong location, too small or just too expensive, so wouldn't it be nice to just wrap up all your requirements at once?
So how is Oakwood Court going to differ? Well if location is important then you have it all - a short distance to Sutton town centre offering just the most wonderful selection of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars with 3 stations having great links into the City - wow! So the flat is not going to be big enough then? Well are you expecting more than 2 double bedrooms, both with bay windows and a lounge and kitchen that is generous in size? Thought not. Now lets then wrap it up with the internal condition as this superb ground floor apartment having been lovingly updated and improved by the current owner to what we consider to be stunning order throughout with modern kitchen and bathroom and all the rooms are decorated in tasteful tones. So downside's? Well if you then consider the flat to have no onward chain and available for the new buyer to move in as soon as they want - we are also struggling to find one!

It was difficult when I was looking to buy a flat as I do not mind saying I am a bit fussy, so everything I was looking at was just wrong! Either too small with no character or the wrong side of town.
When Oakwood Court came available to view it blew me away as the rooms were big and light and the property was distinctive to everything else I saw.
I have set about updating the property and now know that the next owner will not have anything to do, so they will be able to move straight in!
