" A well appointed four bedroom detached family home located on the north side of Marlow with outstanding views to the rear over countryside. The property sits in a southerly facing plot of around a third of an acre and has potential to be extended subject to planning approvals.

Situation
On the north western borders of Marlow en route to Frieth, the property has access to excellent schools including The Sir William Borlase Grammar in Marlow. Convenient for the riverside town with its varied array of shops, bars and restaurants, there are some delightful walks within the nearby Hambleden Valley. Rail links to the city are at Marlow via Maidenhead to Paddington or High Wycombe for Marylebone. Heathrow Airport is some 25 miles away making this an attractive yet practical location for business accessibility.

The gravelled driveway, which provides parking for several cars, leads to the double detached garage.
