The school catchment areas for the property include Danesfield and Sir William Borlase's Grammar School.

Grayling Close is located within a level walk of Marlow town centre with its excellent range of shopping, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The local schooling includes Sir William Borlase Grammar and the property also falls within the catchment of Danesfield Primary school. The Marlow bypass (A404) connect to both the M40 and M4 motorway networks, and local rail services at Marlow connect to London Paddington via Maidenhead.
