" The property is well appointed throughout, the front door is situated to the side of Marlow Lock and opens into the reception hall, which in turn provides access to the sitting room, dining room, kitchenbreakfast room, rear hall and cloakroom. The sitting room has a focal point fireplace and French doors to the rear leading out to the garden area beyond. The dining room has two leaded light glass windows to the front aspect and a door to the inner hall, kitchenbreakfast room and stairs to the first floor landing. The kitchenbreakfast room has been recently re-fitted with a comprehensive range of units, central island with seating around the breakfast bar. There is a range of integrated appliances including double oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and wine fridge. There is a pantry cupboard to the side, two skylights and a door to the rear hallway. To the first floor are two double ensuite bedrooms, the main bedroom is dual aspect and has fitted wardrobes. The bay window provides views over the garden and to the river and Lock Island beyond.

Ringrone is superbly situated adjoining Marlow Lock and the River Thames, with views over the River to the rear and Lock Island. It is within walking distance of Marlow town centre with all the amenities it has to offer including a comprehensive range of shops and excellent pubs and restaurants. Nearby Marlow Station has a train service to London Paddington via Maidenhead (from 1hr 5mins). Maidenhead also offers a regular train service to London Paddington with links to the City of London, further enhanced when Crossrail opens in Maidenhead. Access to the M4 and M40 is via the A404(M) and London Heathrow is about 22 miles away. There is a wide range of educational and recreational facilities in the area. Excellent local schools are numerous and include Sir William Borlase in Marlow, Eton College and Wycombe Abbey.
