" A three bedroom detached bungalow requiring complete modernisation but offering scope for extension, subject to usual consents. The property boasts a large loft space, a 34ft detached garage and a 90ft south west facing rear garden. The property is situated in a popular location on the outskirts of Windsor, close to local shops, well regarded schools and Windsor Great Park.

DESCRIPTION The hallway runs from front to back and has access to all rooms. There are two reception rooms; both with fireplaces. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and is very dated, has a quarry tiled floor, a wall mounted Potterton boiler, a door to the garden and a hatch to the loft space. The loft space is very large and is currently boarded, it has huge potential for conversion, subject to usual consents. There are three good size bedrooms; bedrooms one and two have fireplaces. The bathroom has a dated white suite that includes a ball and claw bath. Outside, the front garden is lawned and has driveway parking with gates giving access to the garage.
