" A fantastic opportunity to purchase this spacious three double bedroomed end terrace property. The property offers three good sized reception rooms and double glazing. Located close to all local amenities, school and major transport links to Manchester and London the property is ideal for first time buyers or buy to let investors looking to expand their portfolio.

Although our floorplans give a good indication as to the size and shape of the property, viewing it in person always helps add an extra dimension.

Having entered the property you are greeted in the first of three reception rooms with a window to the front elevation, a door leads through to the hallway where there are open stairs to the first floor and doors leading to reception room two and three. The kitchen diner is accessed of the rear reception room and has been fitted with a range of modern wall and base units, inset sink and a window to the rear elevation.
