" Heath End Cottage is situated on the corner of Patmore Heath, which is a nature reserve and an Area of Special Scientific Interest and it would be harder to find a more attractive location for such a charming period cottage. The house is Grade II Listed and traditionally constructed with a timber frame and rendered elevations under a tiled roof and is joined to a good sized double garage by a covered walkway. The accommodation has considerable character and includes open fireplaces, exposed timbers, two staircases leading to three bedrooms and a first floor bathroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom. The cottage requires significant modernisation.

The garden is a particular feature; to the front there is a driveway leading to the garage and surround the house, formal gardens with lawns, shrubs, fruit trees and herbaceous borders. Behind the house there is a wonderful meadow fringed by deciduous woodland.
